RE/MAX VIP is a leader in the real estate industry with one of the largest operations in Southern California, with a successful production of over 10 million  in real estate sold every year. 


RE/MAX VIP began as one person’s vision - that person being Alex Felix - President and Founder of RE/MAX VIP.  As a top producing selling and listing agent and over 13 year veteran with numerous successes and accolades, he started selling real estate beginning in the mid 90‘s and found that most offices didn’t have the complete services that clients needed in residential and commercial real estate.  He decided to open a professional full service real estate office that would offer buyers and sellers a complete VIP Experience, where all services would be integrated and lead to positive results, making home-buying and selling a comfortable, yet exciting experience. 



Industry insiders have always looked at real estate as a numbers game, however, Alex Felix decided he would make it about the client.  He accomplished this by focusing on building a company that would provide clients with personalized VIP Services that would lead to results and therefore increased custom er satisfaction.  His formula worked.  Founding RE/MAX VIP in 2004, he began the company with 2 agents and a dream, since then he has grown the company to 80 agents and 3 years ago moved into an impressive 16,000 square foot office with an innovative modern design, built and designed to house agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and support services all under one roof into an integrated and seamless home buying and selling VIP Experience.  RE/MAX VIP, since then, continues to set the standard as a leader in the real estate industry, aiding numerous individuals and families to make or manage one of the most important investments of their life with great success and VIP Services every step of the way.   



Working For the Larger Community


As RE/MAX VIP’s success has grown, it has been imperative to Alex Felix, President and Founder of RE/MAX VIP to give back to communities in need.  As a result, in 2000, Alex Felix and his wife, Lucy Felix,  co-founded Mi Casita De Carton, an organization dedicated to aiding and serving communities in need, including a boys and girls orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico - which it helped to fund and build.  Mi Casita de Carton translates to, “my little cardboard house,” a testament to the poverty stricken communities in Tijuana, Mexico who live in shanty towns and literally houses made from cardboard boxes.  Every Christmas, RE/MAX VIP, through Mi Casita De Carton, is responsible for delivering and handing out over $20,000 of toys, food and clothing to those poverty stricken communities in Tijuana, Mexico.  If you’d like to make a donation or volunteer or for more information click here.
